Dance Depot 5 offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you it to you. No exchanges will be made until returned merchandise is received in its original new condition, not worn, in its original packaging and with its original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include $8.00 for the first item and .30 for each additional item for ground shipping. (If you require faster shipping, please send appropriate shipping fees.) Refunds will be made for returned merchandise only.
CD/DVD Return Policy
CD/DVDs purchased from Dance Depot 5 can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap and in good condition.
Defective CD/DVDs will be exchanged for the same CD/DVD title only.
DANCE DEPOT 5 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT; HOWEVER, WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER.
