In general, we will try to contact you first by e-mail and only if that fails, or if time is critical, we will try to contact you by phone.
PERSONAL INFO: In order to best serve you, Dance Depot 5 uses state of the art technology that is password protected and restricts access to your banking data from any unauthorized personnel. Your physical electronic payment agreement form that you’ve authorized to Dance Depot 5 is safe guarded away from all other studio files. We process your registrations and transactions in the studio, and thus the sharing of this information is non-existent with any third parties except the financial institutions which are used to process your transactions (such as banks, ACH processing services, etc).
We work with an ACH web based company which enables us to collect tuition payments electronically from you. This financial institution enables us to focus our attention more on providing you with quality dance training. We don't share your data with any third parties unless it is required by law or to comply with a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
EMAIL: Dance Depot 5 is committed to protecting your online privacy. Your email address is used for the sole purpose of keeping you updated with special alerts, memos, newsletters, thank you notes, studio changes, or other correspondence concerning studio matters. We do not share our email or mailing lists.
